Heath Hale is a proud 5th generation Texan and a visionary leader in the nonprofit sector. As the Founder & President of Cowboy Auctioneer, Heath has pioneered innovative approaches to auction fundraising, successfully raising more than $240 million for charitable causes across the United States. Driven by his unwavering commitment to philanthropy, Heath is also the Founder and CEO of CharityACE, an organization dedicated to streamlining and optimizing the process of raising critical funds for charity fundraising initiatives. 

Heath's experience in events and fundraising, along with his passion for improving the world, led him and his wife Tabitha to found BLESS, an organization that advances the Gospel to individuals who lack access to it, where he serves as Founder & Board Chair. Heath's dedication to spreading the message of Jesus has touched the lives of countless individuals in unreached parts of the world and it is his calling. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Heath is an avid traveler, with a keen curiosity about the world and its diverse cultures. His adventures have provided him with a broader perspective and a deeper appreciation for the importance of charitable efforts on a global scale. Heath loves to share his passion for travel with his family. He is a devoted father of two daughters, Henly and Aubrey, and is happily married to the love of his life, Tabitha. His family provides the anchor that keeps him grounded and inspired to continue making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
